Thought I would send you a picture of the enclosed UXT cargo trailer for our fishing tournaments. We have installed all the graphics and used it for the first time Sunday. I would like to provide you some feed back on my recent experience in purchasing an enclosed car trailer from Cargo Trailers USA.com. I was a little worried to purchase this large of an item over the Internet however; these fears quickly left me when once I contacted Cargo Trailers USA.com. Right from the start, they did a great job of working with me to understand my needs for the enclosed car trailer and got the specifications communicated to the manufacturer to build it exactly how I wanted it. They followed up with me and kept me posted as to the progress on the order and when the built trailer would be ready for pickup. Cargo Trailers USA.com even went out of their way to help me locate a buyer for a open car trailer that I was replacing with the new enclosed car trailer. I was able to pick up the trailer at the factory with out any problems, even after hours. My sales rep gave me his cell phone number just in case he needed to help me out with any issue. My new enclosed car trailer is great. I have had it only a few weeks and have already towed it over 1,500 miles so far and it tows like a charm either loaded or empty. We picked the cargo trailer up Monday morning without a hitch, (guess that makes a pun). Everything coupled right up. We were back in Gallup by 2200 hrs. We found loose lug nuts on one wheel at our first check stop and after that it was smooth sailing. The cargo trailer tracked beautifully. I would be glad to show the trailer if someone in this neck of the woods shows interest.
